Family with children should definitely consider this place

We had fantastic time at this hotel,, especially because of the staff who felt like family. Mr Safidine always had a smile and made every meal special. The kids loved the activities organized by Hamza,, keeping them occupied and happy throughout our stay.

It's not cheap,, but for the experience it was still reasonable.

Had an awesome trip with friends! The hotel had a refreshing modern setting, ideal for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and we enjoyed excursions like camel rides and quad biking. Don't miss the fantastic golf course nearby, and it's just over a mile away from Nikki Beach for evening fun.

Unfortunately, we had a little hiccup with the room not being ready on time when we arrived, which impacted our first day a bit.

I had an incredible stay! The pools were stunning, especially the heated indoor pool which was a perfect escape and the food was diverse and delicious, especially the sumptuous pastries. I found the service a bit inconsistent, particularly during busy times, which affected our overall experience. I'd definitely come back again!

Lovely stay, but watch for extra charges!

Had a good time overall! The hammam was super relaxing, but I was pretty bummed when I found out it cost extra. The room was comfy and the in-room breakfast was nice and convenient. Just wish the reception staff were more friendly. A few hiccups, but still a decent place to unwind!

Amazing staff and vibes!

Staff were super friendly and really made me feel at home. The breakfast was decent with options for everyone, and I loved the in-room dining when I didn’t feel like heading out. Just wish the rooms were a bit bigger. they felt a little cramped. Still had a solid time overall!
